Document Processing in Your Browser
File previews and document operations in this web version process PDFs and images in your browser without sending content to a processing server. These workflows create no Dokiva server document archive or backup. An internet connection loads the website and its software.
Originals, Outputs and Temporary Data
Originals and downloaded outputs remain on your device. Preview and processing data may temporarily remain in browser memory. Closing a tab does not guarantee secure, irreversible erasure. Copies made by your operating system, browser, OneDrive or business backup system are outside Dokiva’s control.
Windows Application
Documents are processed on your computer. Previews may create local temporary files that are cleaned during normal shutdown. A crash can leave residual files. Apply your organization’s retention and device policies.
Where Does Account Information Go?
The static publication at dokivapdf.com is not connected to a working membership database. New accounts are not recorded and website registrations do not reach the admin panel. The account form therefore sends no information.
The separate management application has a prepared membership system for names, email addresses, password hashes, license status, device associations and sign-in times in an administrator-side database. This does not mean it is connected to the live website. Hosting and retention details will be disclosed before registration opens.
Website Use and Preferences
Connection information may be processed to deliver the website securely. This browser remembers language and favorite choices. Manage optional visitor measurement in your preferences; detailed processing information is in the privacy notice.
Contact Support
Write to destek@dokivapdf.com. The tool name and steps to reproduce an issue are usually enough. Support messages and attachments pass through email services and may be retained; do not send confidential documents or passwords.
Business Use
Follow your organization’s rules, start with sample or sanitized documents, keep originals and inspect outputs. This description explains processing boundaries; it is not an independent security audit or compliance certificate.
Cookie and Analytics Preferences
Optional Google Analytics measurement helps improve the website using visit counts, approximate city and device type. Documents, filenames and account details are not included in this measurement.
