2. Data and Purposes
Infrastructure services may process IP addresses, request times, browser and connection/security data to deliver the site, investigate technical problems and prevent abuse. Language and favorite preferences are saved on your device to remember your choices.
Support emails may include your name, email, message and any information you choose to attach. They are used to answer requests, investigate problems and handle privacy requests. Local PDF/image processing is a separate data flow.
3. Collection and Legal Grounds
Connection information is collected electronically and automatically when you access the site; support information comes directly from your emails. Necessary site operation and security are assessed under the legitimate-interest condition in Article 5(2)(f), subject to your fundamental rights. Records necessary for legal claims fall under Article 5(2)(e); records required by an applicable legal obligation under Article 5(2)(ç). This information is not blanket consent for every activity.
4. Recipients and Providers
Cloudflare provides website delivery and security. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards support emails to Gmail, where they can be read and answered. These providers may process data abroad; exclusive storage in Türkiye is not promised. Lawful requests by competent authorities are considered separately.
5. Current Account and Payment Status
The live site is not connected to a membership database and does not accept new registrations. The separate prepared management system does not automatically receive website accounts. Shopier purchase links and payment-to-license integration are not yet enabled. Relevant data, providers and processing grounds will be described before those services launch.
6. Retention and Deletion
The web document workflows create no PDF/image archive or backup on a Dokiva server. Support messages may remain in the mailbox and connection/security data within infrastructure services; the same “not stored” claim does not apply to them. Retention needs depend on the request and applicable legal requirements. Send correction or deletion requests to support. 7. Your Rights
Under Article 11, you can ask whether your personal data is processed, request information, learn the purposes, whether use matches those purposes and the recipients in Türkiye or abroad. You can request correction, deletion or destruction where legal conditions apply, and notification of those actions to recipients. You can object to an adverse outcome based solely on automated analysis and request compensation for harm from unlawful processing.
8. Requests
Email destek@dokivapdf.com with the subject and details of your request. Identity verification or completion of the applicable statutory procedure may be necessary. Do not include identity documents, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in your first message.
Cookie and Analytics Preferences
Optional Google Analytics runs only after you accept analytics, based on consent under Article 5(1) of the Turkish KVKK. Google may process visit and device data for aggregated reports such as approximate city, including processing abroad. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in this integration. The analytics choice and configured analytics cookies last up to 180 days. Withdrawal prevents further measurement; previously sent records remain subject to Analytics account settings and relevant request procedures.
